Why we sometimes use Heidi, an AI Tool During Consultations

Heidi is designed to assist your doctor by securely documenting the consultation, allowing your clinician to focus more on you and less on manual notetaking. It helps ensure that your records are comprehensive and accurate, ultimately enhancing the quality of care you receive.

Heidi does not replace clinical expertise. All medical decisions are made solely by your treating doctor.

Consent and Your Rights

  • Choosing to opt out will not affect the quality of care you receive.

    • All identifiable information undergoes de-identification to further protect your privacy.
