Your key responsibilities (training can be provided):

• Health assessments & chronic disease care planning

• Childhood & adult immunisations

• Wound care & assisting with minor procedures (e.g., skin excisions)

• Cannulation & Iron infusions (training provided if needed)

• ECGs, ABIs, spirometry, and infection control

• Patient triage and treatment room management

• My Health Record and reminder systems support

• Stock and inventory management

• Active contribution to a collaborative team approach and ongoing quality improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds current RN registration with AHPRA

• Brings strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

• Has a warm, proactive and professional approach

• Is confident working in a team-oriented and collaborative setting

• Is familiar with Best Practice software (not essential)

• Has a genuine passion for patient-centred care and preventative health

• Moves fast when it matters, slows down when it counts, and brings both compassion and clinical thinking to the room
